Winter time change in Europe

The change to winter time or standard time, happens simultaneously around Europe, on the last Sunday of October each year. So, for western European time, clocks turn backward 1 hour from 02:00 in the morning to 01:00. For central Europe, when winter time (standard time ) returns clocks move from 03:00 CEST to 02:00 CET. Likewise for easter Europe clocks turn backward from 04:00 EEST to 03:00 EST.
