The idea is that if girls are included in some way in the international womens day 2012, thousand of minds will be inspired globally. This inspiration will stimulation more awareness and involvement around womens rights. It is also expected that the theme will help younger women understand the struggle their gender has endured, and the achievements that have been made with many sacrifices, so as they are never forgotten.
